To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use FanPick 22 in a lawful manner and refrain from the following prohibited activities:
If you participate in paid leagues or features, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if you violate any terms of this Agreement or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users.
All content on FanPick 22, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FanPick 22 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
FanPick 22 is not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the platform, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts located in Helsinki, Finland.
